Nevertheless, these scaling questions were supposed to support me in the shaping of my future work environment and avoiding situations I experienced in 2014. It turned out that I will have to improve much in the categories "know how to have fun" and "dream big" to bring a better overall balance to my work life. Work is not only about getting shit done, but also being able to enjoy working hours with your colleagues. Work is not only about micromanagement, but also about delegating issues that can be securely delegated and making use of the remainder time to dream big (with the purpose of getting shit more efficiently done and having more fun at work ;)
sure, it won't be easy to implement, but I think of it as a great new year resolution.
